Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $300AUD. Orders under $300AUD are charged at a flat rate at checkout.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven't received this within two business days of placing your order, check your junk folder first, then get in touch at hello@manebystable.com.au.

Yes. We offer click and collect from MANE in Collingwood. Just select pickup at checkout if available.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FAQs

We accept returns on all full priced items within 7 days of receipt for a credit note or an exchange.

Earrings, socks, swimwear, intimates, and fragrance cannot be returned for a refund or exchange for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

Client is responsible for paying all return and exchange shipping costs.

All sale purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty. We recommend sizing up if you're ever unsure, or getting in touch before you order and we'll help you find the right fit.

We don't hold stock for exchanges, so the quickest way to get the right size or style is to return your original item for a store credit and place a new order. Store credits are issued via email and never expire.

In-store purchases follow the same returns policy as online. Bring the item back to us on in-store within seven days with your receipt and original tags attached.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Afterpay, AliPay, cash, and gift cards issued by Mane By Stable.

We process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes once an order is placed. Get in touch at hello@manebystable.com.au as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before it goes out the door.

We offer gift wrapping in-store. If you'd like your online order to be wrapped, please add a note to your purchase or call the store to arrange.

IN-STORE EXPERIENCE FAQs

Level 1, 10 Peel Street, Collingwood. We're on level 1 above Swop, with hand-painted signage out the front. Head up the stairs and you'll find us. You'll probably also hear us.

Monday - Wednesday | 10am-6pm
Thursday - Friday | 10am-7pm
Saturday | 10am - 6pm
Sunday | 12pm - 6pm

We can absolutely arrange a private styling appointment for you. Please call or email us and we can get the ball rolling.

We don't offer reservations, but if you're making the trip from out of town and want to check something is in stock before you come in, send us an email or give us a call on (03) 9445 7060.
